Frontpage V Dreamweaver V XSitePro

As a web designer and host I am often asked what software woukd I recommend for designing their web site and getting a presence online.

Frontpage

First of all anyone thinking of using Frontpage should be aware that Microsoft have stopped supporting Frintpage extenions so many hosts will not support these

If you have used FrontPage for any amount of time (I used it for about 2 years), then you know the frustrations that you have with its use.  Having to use servers that have FP extensions, lack of design capabilities, and the incompatibility with users' browsers are just a few of the problems I faced while using the product.  Frontpage is also known to input code that is not required and make it fluffy.  Xsitepro as I have already said creates clean and search engine friendly code.

Frontpage does not optimise websites brilliantly for search engines so therefore making them harder to find and adding simple things like . affiliate links and Google AdSense take much more time and reformating to keep the smae look and feel .

I also found that people using browsers other than Internet Explorer were sometimes unable to view my FrontPage buttons or my template designs

Some other limitations also means that if you want to change the entire look and feel of a website, you would have to start completely over with FrontPage, Dreamweaver W or just about any other program out there.  With XSitePro you just make a few adjustments in the 'Website Layout' tab and then upload to your server (another automated process) and voiala!  You have updated the look and feel.  Nothing is faster!

Dreamwever

So i suggest you download  XSitePro and give it ago.
